Methods:90 patients with cerebral infarction were random, divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in both groups takeorally enteric aspirin, nimo, dipyridamole to conventional treatment.Treatment group is given gold 75 mg of sodium to join other physiological saline 250 ml static drops, once per day, every 14 days for a course of treatment. At the end of treatment , 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients was detected in microcirculation with the treatment group and control group differences before and after the treatment.Results: each index of two groups of patients before treatment has no significant difference, the application of skinner treatment group is superior to the control group.And the difference was extremely significant (P < 0.01).
Conclusion: Extract of ginkgo biloba can greatly improve the microcirculation disordered patients with cerebral infarction
