We currently have a large backlog of papers awaiting publication. Currently a paper is not compiled into a print issue until approximately 12 months after acceptance. Your paper will appear online as an article in press within six weeks.
In order to reduce the time taken for an article to appear in an issue, we are currently offering authors the opportunity to select online only publication for their paper. The title of your paper will appear in the print table of contents but the full article will only appear online. The article will be given a Volume and Issue Number and an e - page number which can be used for citation purposes and all citations to your paper will be counted in the Science Citation Index.
