How to keep fit?
While people are enjoying the high quality of material in daily life, we 've ignored our body health.If we can't keep fit well, how can we be energetic to welcome everyday?
To keep fit, first, you should lead a regular life.A good beginnig is half done. So do little by little.Eat healthy food, for instance, less meat and more vegetables.Doing exercise can also be a good choice to both relax and make your body stronger even if you're busy.Go to bed and wake up on time .Then, you just don't need to worry about you physical health problems.
Then, be sanguine. Mental health is also important. You can read some books and sometimes hang out with your friends to release the pressure you've got in your workdays on weekends.
Finally, believe you can keep fit then you'll be a healthy person!

You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,and drink lots of boiled water.You should do exercise .You should sleep at least eight in the evening,too.but you shouldn't drink coffee or tea before sleep,you shouldn't eat too many candies.You shouln't work or study too hart. The way can keep your health. Many students do not have breakfast before they go to school.It's a quite bad habit and it's bad for your health.Maybe you don't have time to have breakfast but you couldn't learn well in your classes if you don't eat any thing .Keeping in a good health which can help you study well is very important
