My View on Job-hopping
People have different attitudes towards their work. Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work.
Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they havea chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it.
My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.

The Spring Festival may be the most popular Chinese festival in the world, known as Chinese New Year. The Chinese New Year starts with the New Moon on the first day of the New Year in lunar calendar and ends on the full moon 15days later. New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are celebrated as family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. In the past, all the family members will get together at the New Year’s Eve. They have a big dinner. In the north people must eat dumplings, and in the south people usually eat rice cake. The genearchs will sum up the whole year and bless the New Year. In the midnight they will play firecracker and worship the ancestor. On the next days, people pay New Year’s Calls. They visit relations and bless each other.

My view of JOB-HOPPING

What is the Job-hopping? A great beginning for a new career or a sign that represents a person who is unreliable. Anyway, this is a common phenomenon in this society with a lot of competitions.As far as I know most of people they considered that job-hoping is possible to bring a better wage than before. Hence they would like to transform their jobs when they have worked after three years or even more. Especially in IT industry.

Many people think that job-hopping is necessary for getting a big raise. And other people got the different voices that a permenent job is more reliable for a living.And my view is that one of the most important things is the purpose of job-hopping.

Having a correct attitude for job-hoping can help you to make a better decision.If you focus on the earning on the job.I suggest you should better think twice before you make this decesion.Your career path will be short even if you temporarily get a high salary when you changed your job. Except for one thing that you’re aware of your job that without any grow opportunities so that you are supposed to think about the future for your career. That’s so significant. As I mentioned before , to indentify the purpose is really important.

As one of my teachers told us that at least one time to change the job in our whole life , but bear in your mind that not all the time. I absolutely agree with this one. Life is short and I considered that we should have various experiences in this enough time. But I don’t mean that to touch everything and get to kown it just a little bit. At lease one field or even more that we specialize more deeply than another fields. I truly believe that worth it.

And this time an idiom tought by my Oral English Teacher is fliting in my mind-Living on the edge. That means a living style with a lot of risks. As I know many western people are fond of that.Maybe it is a good choice for most youth.

Genernally speaking it is necessay to correct the attitude for job-hoping. Not only that but each thing in our life. It do will be beneficial for our furture.
