4.Congugation: Conjugative plasmids have transfer or tra genes, which mobilize both conjugative and nonconjugative plasmids from one cell to anther. In conjugation, one strand of dsc plasmid in the donor cell is transferred to a recipient cell through sexual pilus (pili), which is located on the surface of the recipient cell.
