这个问题怎么解决？
是硬盘问题还是内存，还是中病毒了？
重装系统，杀毒360，ESET NOD32，还有清道夫都没查出是病毒，感染。不知道怎么了，EXE执行文件大的都不能安装，在官网下载好几遍安装包都没用。以前能用的EXE安装包现在也不能装了。QQ2009软件常会出现崩溃。
（注：电脑上就一个内存条。那游戏盘安装游戏能玩。）
这个怎么解决啊？
