第一题：应为前面说the decliine in science educaion有两个原因,所以后面相应的也应该有两个解释.也就是说冒号后的部分应该有并列的东西来解释the decliine in science educaion.根据题目的原意,应该是less funding for scientific research and a decrease in jobs related to space and defense.即把wih 替换成and.
第二题：应该把in the caatching of改成to吧
