“no more than”=only, 言其少，译作“不过，只有，仅仅”；“not more than”=at most， 可译为“不超过，至多”。例如：
He has no more than $10. 他只有十美元。
He is no more than a puppet. 他只不过是一个傀儡。
He is no more than 5 years old. 他只有5岁。(有嫌“小”的意思)
