There are a lot of unhealthy food around us. Candies are unhealthy because they hurt our teeth. Fast food is delicious; however, they are unhealthy as well because it has a lot of fat in it. A lot of snacks are unhealthy. For example, potato chips have a lot of sugar and fat. Furthermore, fried chicken is unhealthy because of the high calories and fat.

我们周围有很多不健康的食物。糖果不健康因为他们伤害我们的牙齿。快餐很好吃，但是他们也不健康因为它有很多脂肪在里面。很多零食也不健康。譬如，薯片就有很多糖分和脂肪。此外，炸鸡也不健康因为高卡路里和脂肪。

as we know,health is the most important thing for a man.there are many ways to keep health,among them,what to eat is an important thing. for breakfast，we should eat fruit and vegetables. vegetables and fruit,such as apples,oranges,radish and so on,are good for our health,they can provide us nutrition(营养) that we need every day. for lunch，we need some healthy food what's more,don't eat junk food any more,the are very harmful for our health.for dinner，we should not eat too much.rice ，meat and vegerables are enough remmeber that the health is more important than any other things you have.
