一般遵循前肯后否，前否后肯这个原则。但是有一些特殊的情况。比如little,a little和few,a few.
There is a little water in the bottle,isn't there?
There is little water in the bottle,is there?
He has a few friends,doesn't he?
He has few friends,does he?
如果出现un，dis这种否定前缀的话，依然遵循前肯后否原则。
