关于商贸“汇票”的问题~

（im）为进口方 （em）为出口方

1 国际贸易中，贸易双方在经过。im询盘。em发盘。im还盘后 emj接受还盘

于是双方达成贸易合同。

然后继续往下的汇票的出票人和受票人是em发盘人？还是im还盘人啊？

2正常贸易下双方的汇票是及期汇票还是远期汇票？

3 汇票格式是哪种？

1.首先发盘人一般是卖方也就是出口方，受票人就应该也是出口方。出票人是进口方即还盘人。

2.贸易一般采用即期汇票。

汇票是一种支付命令.要求受票人见票时无条件支付.所以出票人既为收款人.即EM出口方.受票人即为IM进口方.正常方式下,出口商多选用即期汇票.因为远期汇票要经过承兑才能收到货款,相对风险比较大.
