机场服务最能体现在飞机延误时候，大批旅客开始抱怨，这时候机场需要注意：
1: Do not keep passengers in the dark.
Passagers need to/want to know the most update info about their flights, if there is no guarantee, dont make any promises.
2: Spruce the bathroom.
Think about when yiu got stuck there, and using a bathroom with water all over the floor, no tissues or so. Passage will get mad and sad to stay in the airport, instead, If they can use a clean bathrooms, its for sure gonna help calm them down.
3: Let them rest.
People need to sleep, need to charge their phones, electronic devices while their sleep, no one wants to have to sleep close to where the outlet is, if everyone could get a place to sleep that provides a least minimum need for a night,thats helpful .
4: Make it local.
The food and drinks. please dont let them feel like they are far away from home, let them feel like they could stay a few hours here by providing some better food and drinks, and maybe some other places that dont have to keep them in one place at all time.
