1、jumpsuit 指儿童或女式连衣裤，如：
　　The baby, dressed in a flowery jumpsuit, waved her rattle. 宝宝穿着印花的连身衣，挥动着她手中的拨浪鼓。
　　I was wearing a purple jumpsuit, high heeled shoes, and lots of makeup. 我穿着紫色连衫裤和高跟鞋，脸上抹着厚厚的化妆品。
2、overalls 指带有背带和前胸的工装裤，同 trousers、pant、shorts一样，必须用复数形式。如：
　　I actually knew her, but in overalls I passed unrecognised. 实际上我认识她，但是我身着工作服，与她擦身而过的时候却没被认出来。
　　Despite the heat, he'd swapped his overalls for a suit and tie. 尽管很热，他还是脱掉工作服换上了西装和领带。
