In this modern history of humanity????, there is an ongoing debate about the issue to whether or not should the increasingly outlaws be taken to jail. What especially concern us with this problem is the possiblity of requiring outlaws to do something to turn over a new leaf(???).(run-on sentence before ) My personal conviction is to allow criminals to be reeducated rather than to sentance them to jail for their reformation.
It is unfortune in our society for a large number of criminals, who have discharged from the prison, commit another new crimes. Clearly, prisons fail its purpose to pulish them (i need to fix this). In my opinion, it is arguable that criminals should receive continuing educational courses. According to statistics from a recent conduction survey by a related department, more than half of the criminals are poorly educated while some of them are even illiterated. Lack of education is one considerable reason that makes people break the laws. As a result, they are not realizing the fact that they are wrong when they crime.
