Which is more important,experience or education?There is no doubt that high diplomas,such as bachelor degree,master degree are one of the attractive highlights for companies to decide to employ new staff nowadays.However,increasing more students entering the society with high diplomas are found with poor operational skills,which is really a disappointment as well as a crisis to the modern society.In my opinion,if the high diploma can't be translated to high-level working ability and experience,it will be of no use.Consequently,from the pratical angle,I think experience is more important than diploma.
