It work for me like this：
1. 下载eclipse的TST版本(Spring Tool Suite)：http://spring.io/tools/sts/all
2. 安装或者下载Groovy Eclipse的在线/离线安装版本(如何离线安装或者在线安装插件，请自行度娘或谷哥)：http://dist.springsource.org/release/GRECLIPSE/e4.4 或者离线版本：
https://dist.springsource.org/release/GRECLIPSE/2.9.1/e4.4/org.codehaus.groovy-2.9.1.xx-201411061335-e44-RELEASE-updatesite.zip
3. 如果安装插件没生效，自行度娘或谷哥解决。
4. 带着Groovy奔跑吧，it diors.

我之前配置过，你如果仅仅是想用groovy的话，那可以安装groovy的插件，google搜索"groovy eclipse"就会有你想要的结果。当然，还有更好的选择，ggts，即grails&groovy的开发环境，也是基于eclipse的，相当好用。
