每个机构对助教的定位不同的。有的助教就是教务老师，负责安排课程一类的；有的机构，助教就是老师，一周时间，老外上一次，助教上一次课。既然都让你试用了，肯定你还是满足一定条件的当外教的外国人，一般都比较友好，语速也慢，你只要别磕磕巴巴，说出来的话，他们一般都能听懂。平时笑脸相迎，听不懂了就pardon me please?没问题的经验都是慢慢来的，多问多学就成祝好运求好评~望采纳~~
