摘要：生产衣康酸滤渣中的组分含有多种有机和无机物质，本实验的目的是通过各种实验方法测出滤渣组分中水分、蛋白质、脂质、总糖、纤维素、木质素、灰分的具体含量，为以后的实际生产做指导。其中测水分用常压干燥法，测总糖用蒽酮比色法，测蛋白质用微量凯式定氮法，测脂质用索氏提取法，测纤维素用酸水解减量法，测木质素用灼烧减量法，测灰分用直接灰化法。得到的结果是各个物质占总滤渣的组分含量为水分：48.21%、灰分：32.76%、脂质：1.40%、蛋白质：4.39%、总糖：3.98%、纤维素：0.93%、木质素：5.84%，依据此实验看能否在生产的滤渣中进一步提取有用的物质加以利用，以期提高该物质的利用价值。创造更多的社会财富。

As a result, contents in all material of the total residues consist of Moisture : 48.21%, ash: 32.76%, lipid: 1.40%, protein: 4.39%, total sugar: 3.98%, cellulose: 0.93%, lignin: 5.84%, Based on this experiment,we'll see whether useful material can be extracted in the production residue to enhance the value of the substance .
