电脑出现蓝屏，有一大段英文，擦了内存条后有时还是会出现蓝屏情况，是怎么一回事？

有可能你新安装了软件 硬件 或者自己刷新了BIOS
造成了操作系统与硬件不兼容 系统无法启动
处理这种问题的最好办法是重新安装系统

请确认电脑是否有安装新的硬件或外设？如无则修改页面缓存文件为0M（此举用来检查硬盘是否有故障），如修改缓存还出现蓝屏则可能内存条IC可能有坏。
