二、用法不同
1、What's the matter：matter的基本含义是指与精神相对的“物质，物体”，泛指构成客观物体或宇宙的所有物质，在物理学上指由很少的几种基本粒子构成的物质，在哲学上则指与意识相对的物质，是不可数名词，表静态概念。

1.what's the trouble 后面有没有 with you? 可以有，with后还可以加其他，如what's the trouble with the cat? 2.如果有 改宾语从句 can you tell me what_ the trouble _ 和can you tell me what _ the trouble with you _ 中is 分别放哪里? 宾语从句后要用陈述句语序 所以应该是can you tell me what the trouble is? can you tell me what the trouble is with you? 口语的话也可以不变 3.宾语从句中 是不是只有what's the matter & what's wrong with you 不要调整语序? 这两个后面一定要跟with you 吗? 不一定要跟with you？直接问就可以了，要强调问什么怎么了才加 其实这不是调整不调整顺序的问题，在变特殊疑问句的时候，对主语提问则句子顺序不变，那么把特殊疑问词为主语的问句放在宾语从句中，那么也就不用变顺序哈 如 tom likes reading in the park. 对tom提问的话由于是主语所以不用助动词什么的，who likes reading in the park 放在宾语从句中 i know who likes reading in the park.
