1.讨论某一问题
the delegate of ... motions for a moderated caucus有组织核心磋商/unmoderated caucus自由磋商,

the total time will be..., each delegate has ...(minute/seconds)
Chair:Any second(台下有无附议?)
（没人附议你的motion直接 failed）
Chair: Thank you,delegate of ...,delegates in favo of this motion please raise your playcards
同意人数>=simple mojority简单多数=0.5*代表总人数+1：
motion passed此动议通过
2.延长上一动议的时间

3.更改发言时间motion to set the speaking time
The delegate of...motions to shorten the speaking time to 1 minute
4.暂停会议motion to suspend the meeting

5.结束辩论motion to close the debate
>=2/3*total

6.表决文件

7.对某国提案不予讨论（慎用）
