考完试立刻就给CFA协会发一封邮件，表示愧疚之情。一下是第一次我与协会的交涉过程。
我发的邮件： 6月5日
I am level 2 candidate in Shanghai.
During the exam,I wrote my Chinese name on the ticket.
I did not know what I was thinking about,but I have never thought aboutcheating. I promised.
I felt sorry for what I have did.
I wondered whether my mistake would affect my score.
I really didn't mean it.
please forgive my mistake, cause I really didn't mean it.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We take your feedback very seriously and work to improve our globaltesting facilities based on the information we receive from ourcandidates. Unfortunately you have notprovided enough information to ensure appropriate follow-up. Please respond to this message string andinclude your candidate ID number and any other specific identifying details youwould like to include.

我第二次发的邮件：6月7日
My ID is XXX. My name is XXX.
I am level2 candidate. I have my exam in Shanghai.
In the afternoon exam, I was waiting for the exam begin on my seat.
I wrote my Chinese name on my ticket.
I just felt boring when I was waiting.
I really didn't know what I was thinking about at that time.
But I never thought about cheating.
I am really sorry for what I have done.
I work so hard for this,and I think I did a good job on the exam.
Please forgive my mistake. I felt sorry for this again.

Given the nature of your experience on examday, a proctor may have submitted a report to the Professional Conduct Program;therefore, an associate has forwarded your email to that group. A representative of the Professional ConductProgram will contact you if additional information is required.

按照网上所说，CFA协会每年都会收到很多report，在这些report中并不是所有的都要受理，情节比较轻的连书面的信件都没有，如果要是发了信函就说明比较严重，
不过即使发了信函也不一定都没有成绩，如果沟通的比较好，态度比较诚恳也会过。

接下来的一个月，我在焦急中等待着信件的来到，可是左等右等也没来，这种情况下有两种可能：一种是发了，但是没收到，这种情况非常严重，如果被认定是故意不回，
那基本上就没戏了；另一种当然啦，就是没有发嘛，虽然report了，但是情节不重。

按照以往的情况，在准考证上写字是大忌中的大忌，只要在准考证上有笔迹，就没戏。
战战兢兢的我在成绩出来的前几天又发了最后一封邮件 7月20日
I am XXX. I want to konw the result. I haven't got any email or letter.
It is mean no matter? I feel sorry again.
Please contact me as soon as possable. Thank you .

第二天就收到了CFA的回复 7月20日
Dear XXX, We have completed our review of all Violation Reports and examtickets. If you have not received a letter from the Professional ConductProgram, we determined the writing on the ticket (while a violation of the examrules), did not require further action by the Professional ConductProgram.

到这个时候我才有了一种踏实的感觉，直到今天看到通过了，才觉得终于尘埃落定。

总的来说，经历过这几次的交涉，我觉得态度是第一位的，一定要诚恳，实事求是，把事情说清楚，不要拒不认错，好好认错，积极主动的联系，事情还是有回转余地的。不过不多此一举是最好的，能有几个我这么2的~哎~~经历这次我非常长教训，这种错误一定不会再犯！！~
所以说各位被report的筒子们不要灰心不要丧气，生的希望总是有的，像我这种算是比较严重的乌龙违纪了也能安全过关。
