so、 such与形容词和名词的搭配顺序 so+adj+a/an +n 若是=不可数名词 则不需要 加冠词 即so+adj+n[U]如第一题 weather 不可数
such+a/an+adj+n[C] 如第二题 man可数

rather too+adj

还有就是either too 表示也时的用法
too是在肯定句末尾表示也 如第八题
either用于否定句末尾 如第五题

neither则表示否定句里 二者之间的全否 若表达我也不怎么样时 说neither do I 如第九题
若表达我也怎么样时 注意是肯定语气 说so do I如第六题

若谈到语法 我说的仅是用法中的一部分 具体用时 还有很多注意事项
至于翻译 楼上的翻译的已经很好了 我就不翻译了
