此题中缺乏谓语，所以用included 表示谓语的时态。而Including是介词，还有一个included是形容词。他们的使用如下：
There were many people losing their lives in the big fire.Those included Tom and John.(谓语时态)
Many people went to Beijing,including Tom and me.(介词短语作状语)
Many people went to Beijing,Tom and me included.（形容词）

include是动词 including是介词如果原句已经有了动词，你就用介词，原句没有动词，你就用动词呗你的例句里，没有动词，就用过去式，做谓语

记住两个很简单的句子就好了，很容易分辨including ,incleded 的区别。
 there are 66 students, including 22 girls.包括22个女孩 ing表主动
 there are 66 students, 22 girls included.22个女孩被包括。ed表被动
to一般表示“到”，“给”，而for 一般表示“为了”
a ticket to london 一张到伦敦的票
a ticket for my mother 为我母亲...的一张票
a ticet to my mother 给母亲的一张票
