accepted 12 May 2003：2003年五月十二日被接受。
其中receive是某人收到某物，但是否接纳（即要不要）不一定
而accept是某人接纳了某物。
举个例子，
She received a bunch of roses today,but she didn't want to accept them ,so she returned .今天她收到一束玫瑰，但是不想接受，就退了回去。
