INTERVIEW SUPPLElMENT LIST (FAMILY CLASS)
Note:ORIGINAL documents must be brought to the interview.All documents should be accompanied by an English or French translation.
Please bring this document list and the following items:
Original valid passport or travel document & identity card for you and or your dependant(s) who attend the interview.
Original family household register(s) HUKOU BUof all family members.(PRC and Taiwan applicants)
Original birth / marriage / divorce court order (judgement,petition and divorce certificate)/annulment or legal separation court orders you and/or your sponsor / death certificate for deceased spouse.(Please also bring the notarized certificate with the photocopy of the 0riginal document)
Original custody order for your child/children:custody order for children under the age of 18 and written consent from the children's other parent to allow the children to emigrate to Canada with you.(Please also bring the notarized centificate with the photocopy of the original document)
Notarized or Certified Declaration for Non-Accompanying Family Members
(Please note that you may not be able to sponsor your non-accompanying family member(s) in the future if they do not comply with immigration requirements with you at this time.Please refer to our website www.cic.gc.ca for Regulations under Rxx,Rxxx(x)(x) to Rxxx(xx)and our Mission specific checklist posted on www.hongkong.gc.ca
- A declaration from you or your spouse / cornman-law partner declaring that you are aware of the consequences of not having your non-accompanying family member(s)comply with the immigration requirements at this time.
- sign the separation statement and notarize or certify the statement (see attachments)
Original adoption certificate issued by the District Court of Hong Kong / the People's Government of the Civil Administration(Please also bring the notarized certificate with the photocopy of the original document)
Original proof of full-time education at a recognized institution of your accompanying dependant(s) over 22 years old.(Transcripts /reports; graduation certificates; school attendance records;school regular assignments/projects; student identification papers or examination results etc...)
Certificate of no previous marriage record(s) for yourself / your dependant(s).
