I am very sorry to bother you, I met some problem recently, and my classmate think maybe I could contact you and ask some help. That's why I write this letter to you.

Last semester, after I kept went to see the counselor, I got a "special consideration" which proved my condition could affect my exam result, and then unfortunate, I failed the subject "XXX". After I wrote lots of email to Professor XXX who is the coordinator of this subject. I still think maybe Professor XXX didn't consider my "special consideration" totally, since The subject outline mentioned that student must gain a minimum of 40% of final exam which means 20/50 and I got 18/50, actually I am quite shame I did a such terrible job on my exam, but I think my "special consideration" which proved my condition is "very severely affected" my study, maybe it was possible let me pass this subject if my "special consideration" been considered.

In the meantime, however, I believe I have the potential do better than this as my condition had "severely affected" my study. I think maybe it is possible to pass this course if my "special consideration" has been considered.
