I'm writing to request for your assistance. I'm interested in staying in your hotel while traveling to XXX. But I don't have any information about your hotel. Would you mind sending a brochure, which provides detailed information about the rate/per night, differential rates for different seasons, for weekends vs. weekends, for two, three, or four persons. Other information regarding the hotel facilities is also appreciated, such as sport club (free or if not free, how much is the charge? Any discounts or special packages available, etc.?) and others.
