（二）The students'Union of your department is planning an English Speaking contest.Write an announcement which covers the following information:
1.The purpose of the contest
2.time and place of the contest
3.what is required of the candidate.

so I have made my mind to write to you.

Zhang Ying graduated from accounting department of Beingjing university in 2003.And got an accountant qualification certificate in 2005 durying he was working in our company.He is that kind of man of friendly treating man well.

I wonder if you can give him an opportunity
for interview.He certainly won't let you down .

An english speaking contest on the usage of computer and how to take advantage of Internet to learning will be hosted by The students'Union at 2:00PM on this sunday .

On sunday, 10.21 in the Room808 of library.The contest is organized by Student's Union.Each one who has interests in the computer and english can attend the contest with some views that you have in the learning process prepared ahead of time.
