mr smith   This may be a bit abrupt.but please take some minute to read this letter.first,i am very glad to be your Neighbor.and i think we can get on well.and the life always give people surprise.you also give me a big surpise.we didn't get on well.you always making the call loudly,playing the guitar  and  playing football in the evening.it really affect my rest.i can't sleep well.and l hope you can stop doing that in the evening.thanks .   yours tom
