后两句其实是一样的,只不过是一个Of which 提前了,一个在原位没动而已。但是要是用这两个,名词前通常有修饰词,而whose 后直接接名词

定语从句中of which 一般可以表示为whose
例如:
There is a car whose driver has fell asleep.
whose前是car whose后是driver 当然有区别 从属的区别
