If I had a lot of money,I would give it to charity.
为什么不是give it to the charity,觉得有个the读起来更顺,而且从语法的角度说,很多时候都是像：
a dog; the dog; dogs
单独一个dog就用的不多.

the charity表示一类机构,是从事慈善的
the old表示一类人,年纪大的
