于本协议经审批机关审批生效之后，上海AAA的股权结构将变更为下述情形协议经审批机关审批生效之后，上海AAA的股权结：甲方持有百分之五十一（51％）的股权；乙方原持有百分之五十（50％）的股权，变更为持有百分之十二（12％）的股权；丙方原持有百分之二十五（25％）的股权，变更为持有百分之十二（12％）的股权；上海BB持有的百分之二十五（25％）的股权保持不变。
