There is a famous saying which goes like this no pain , no gain. It is my favourite phrase and it is like a lighthouse for my life.As we all know that if you does not devote yourselp to something constantly, you may not be able to achieve more. Dedicating yourself to something,for example your study or career means sacrifice.Maybe you will not have enought time to play computer games or watch TV shows but you will get the sucess of your study or career in the end.Your hard work pays off.If one can stand no pain and is unwilling to try hard for anthing he wants ,he is unlike to be successful and valued by our society. i believe that after the temperary pain , i can gain more.I really believe this saying, don't you?

Still waters run deep 静水流深
Still waters run deep is my favorite phrase , which impressed me a lot when I first got to know it . The proverb has accompanied me many years not only for its deep meanings but also for its philosophy behind i t. Just as a proverb goes, shallow waters are always noisy , which is the hell lies , I understand a lot from the phrase :Still water run deep . Being wise and smart , we have to learn to be independent and be sensitive , also , we must have sharp mind and observation towards the workd we are living in . Only by thinking much and careful observation can we achieve our goals in life and lead a happy life. And this is the inspiration I have got from the phrase : Still waters run deep .
