A 37-inch LCD television should be added before occupancy.
6.阳台上安装好晾衣架。
Clothes-horse on the balcony should be installed.
7.二楼楼梯转角处加高，确保坚固、结实、安全、美观。（最好做成像栅栏一样带有空隙不会遮光的样式）
The corner of the staircase on the second floor should be heightened for the sake of solidity, safety and prettiness. (It is better to be the pattern that looks like fence with gaps and light coming through.)
8、准备好各种家用电器的使用说明书，特别是厨房净水器的说明书一定要有。
The User Manual of all household appliances should be prepared, especially the one of the water cleaner in the kitchen.
其它未尽事宜甲乙双方相互协商配合，和谐处理。
Other matters unmentioned should be negotiated and coordinated between Party A and Party B in a friendly manner.
