accuse,sentence,charge,scold有什么不同

accuse是指控，还没判刑，例句，He was accused of murder.
sentence 判决，例 he was sentenced to death.
charge也是指控，和accuse的差别是，charge是正式的由检察机关提起的指控，而accuse可以是没有确凿证据下的一般指控。
也就是先有accuse 再有 charge 最后 sentence,

scold 是责骂，与法律领域毫无关系。
