The guarantee,its term,as well as the date it will enter into effect,are agreed in Annex2 to this contract.In all case,the guarantee shall enter into effect as of the moment the goods are put into operation or exploitation,or as of the delivery date,understanding as such that of the bill of lading,as specified in the above mentioned Annex2.

在本合同附录二中,通过了关于有效期及生效日期的保证.不论何时,只要本产品已经开始使用或被利用,或交货期已到,如在上述附录二中提到的提单,则本保证立即开始生效.
