According to a social research of USA, on June, 2006, it found that 36% of Americans ages 18–29, 24% of those 30-40 and 15% of those 41-51 had a tattoo. Many countries had held the “Tattoo Art Communication Festival”, like China, Thailand, and America. These displays has high considered by the international art area. Second, tattooing is not violating the norms of particular. Because more and more people tattooing as an art of body, not only in general the bad people, but also the good people. Tattooing is a behavior that everyone can do.

只是美化形体而已，

谈不上不正常行为吧，

美国歌手基本每个都tattoo，没什么不正常的，

只是咱们中国不能接受这种风俗而已
