要写个维修报告，英文好的朋友麻烦帮忙把汉字翻译成英文！

Problem：
1. 开机运行消解程序，实测温度瞬间上升，温度值在100度与360度之间波动，偶尔甚至超过设置的目标温度，但用手摸石墨主机没有加热的迹象。有时会出现报警提示信息（详看附件图片）
2.用户试过把触屏控制器更换到别的石墨主机上使用，但同样出现上述故障现象

1. Turn of the machine and run the cancel program, temperature rise instantly, fluctuate between 100 and 360 degree, sometime will go over the setting temperature, but the Graphite host didn't heating when I touch it by hand. sometime there's alarm (please see the attached photo).
2. Customer test the touch screen controller in another Graphite host, the same alarm will come up.
