win7 设备和打印机 空白的

我最近也遇到了同样的问题，设备和打印机里一片空白，网上搜了各种办法，一点都没有用，什么bluetooth service，什么什么修复，一点都不管用，没法只好在英文网站找答案了，恰好看到有个网站给出的几条办法，试了第二条，果然好了，方法如下，大家可以试试，我大致翻译下下意思，蛮简单的一些英文。

Step 1: Enable the Print Spooler and Bluetooth Support Service
Click Start, type services.msc and press {ENTER}
Double-click Print Spooler and set its start type to Automatic
Click Start to start the service, and click OK.
Double-click Bluetooth Support Service and set its start type to Manual
Click Start to start the service, and click OK.
Exit the Services MMC.
Did you get any error messages when enabling the above services? Post it in Comments section of this article.
Open Devices and Printers page to check if the problem persists. You may even try restarting Windows and checking it again.
If the issue continues to occur, proceed to the next step
确保 Print Spooler and Bluetooth Support Service这两个服务是开着的，（这个很多人都试过，不过貌似没什么用。。。），如果不行，继续下一步

Step 2: Registering the DLLs
Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
Type the following command, and press {ENTER}
regsvr32"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"

注册DLLs ：以管理员运行cmd，输入regsvr32"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"
（我的就是这样搞好的，之前N多办法都不行）
Step 3: Fixing the XML Registration
Download msxml6.zip, unzip the archive and run the enclosed REG file. This should restore the missing MSXML6 DLL registration entries.
修复 XML，下载msxml6.zip，然后运行（这个办法没试，有需要的可以自己试试）

你好！！打印机服务没开启。



prine spooler服务！！

搜到好多，最后看到就是IE问题，升级或重装IE是根本且快速的解决办法

解决方法：右键点击计算机→管理→服务和应用程序→服务，在列表中找到bluetooth service或bluetooth support service，设定为“启动”和“自动”就可以
　　如果还是不行，说明您还有相关服务被禁用了，在“运行”里输入：services.msc 查看以下这几个服务，
　　如果未开启请将其调为自动并开启：print spoolerserverbluetooth support servicewindows installer

如果以上服务全部正常的话，还有可能系统文件本身有问题，可以尝试在命令行运行SFC /scannow 扫描全部系统文件，并恢复有问题的文件。
