As a university student,although most time of life is in campus,we eventually step into society.However,before this,knowing what a society is has become a key to success.As the development of technology,so many communicating tools appear in front of us ,which we can take use of.For example,internet,TV,etc.And now ,people are open to each other.we need to learn to cooperate with different people.The social service is a kind of good way which exchanges with the human,from which We may accumulate the experience,enlarge our sights.

as to me,i intend to join concurrent job,i want to meet with more people and understand how to deal with them.i believe i will gain more!

With the development of our society, the campus no longer is an "Ivory Tower". It is necessary for college students to go outside to get to know the world. They should acquire knowledge not only from books but also from the society. Thus they can adapt to society more quickly after they graduate from school. Science and technology are developing rapidly with each passing day. Most students can keep themselves informed by watching TV, listening to the radio, reading newspapers and using computers. It's also good to take a part-time job, such as tutoring, or working in a restaurant. Any of these methods will enable students to get in touch with society. Summer vacation will soon be here. I've already enrolled to be a volunteer to help others. I think I can do well. Although I won't be paid, the most important thing is that I can learn a lot about society.

（题目：refusing the beggars,what do you think?）recently, more and more people refuse to help beggars on the street. some people may blame that people today are less generous than before. however, in my opinion, there is another explanation for this social phenomenon, which is the improvement of self-awareness of the general public. many beggars on the street were from different kinds of fraud gangs, which had been exposed by the media. after the general public get to know who the beggars realy are, of course they will not be deceived any more. it is also undeniable that there are some of the beggars who need help indeed, hence people have to make their own judgement. furthermore, there are other ways better and safer to show the kindness. people can donate to the charity organizations, so as to contribute to the society。
