You are responsible for arranging and undergoing this DNA testing at one of these accredited laboratories in canada and for the costs associated with the sample taking ,shipping,laboratory anlysis,and report submission.Uponcompletion of your DNA test,you will be provided information from the laboratory to forward to the applicant with details on how they can book their appointent for sample collectionat an approved medical collection facility in beijing.The medical collection facility will inform the applicant of what they are required to bring on the test day such as valid passport,identification card,two passport-size photos,and fees for the sample collection procedure and courier service to send the sample to canada.
The results of the DNA rests will be sent to us directly from the laboratory when the analysis for bothe sents has been completed.this can take approximately four to six weeks.
It is important for both you and the applicant to have on hand the necessary identification documents when being tested so we may proceed with the sample collectionl.
If the tests confirm the biological reatinship between xxxxx(name) and urself,we will be in a position to proceed with the processing of the application for permanent residence or issue new medical instrucions if the applicant's medical results have expired by that thim.
