前几天检测，有个英语题有问题.....

题是：I haven't read this book written by him.我不明白为什么要用written,我觉得像被动语态，应是I haven't read this book was written by him,老师说是个从句，I haven't read this book that was written by him，缩写成了I haven't read this book written by him，那不是可以省略that吗？知道的老师或同学指点一下，谢谢了，我上初三。

I haven't read this book that was written by him是一个定语从句，你说的可以省略that 的是宾语从句，如果是I have't read that this book was written by him那就可以省去that，当然，这句话在意思上有些别扭哈，只是为了举例。如果要顺畅点应该是I don't know that this book was written by him. 说得功利一点，你就看that 前后两个句子能不能单独拿出来作为句子，能的话就可以省that，像原句I haven't read this book that was written by him，that后面是was written by him,显然不是一个完整的句子，所以that 不能省~

用was written by him的时候要有主语啊～～那时的which 和 that不可以省略吧。

没有was的时候，用的不是从句来修饰那本书，而是形容词性。

written by him是定语 I haven't （read ）this book（ was） written by him这句话就有两个谓语了语法错误 你多了个was

其实written by him是book的定语，用来修饰book。I haven't read this book that was written by him中是that was written by him做book的定语，I haven't read this book was written by him中was written by him并不是完整的句子，也不是过去分词作定语，所以句子就不合语法了。
