Because the total volume is 28.24cbm.However ,the full 20' container is only 27cbm.Wolud you mind change bubble bags with plastic bags? Do that will decrease
volume.

它没提到“将气泡袋改变成塑料袋，体积会小一些”这一句。我觉得应该是“介于总体积是28.24cbm,完完全全的20个容器可以装满27cbm.
