区别:still 和yet(不是讨论肯定句和否定名的问题...)
still:despite that 依然
yet:despite that 不过,然而
二者的区别是不是yet的语意要重啊?最好能给出例句和出处.

有关yet放句中是表示强调的意思,例如NCE3L5:He sent yet another fax informing the journalist that if he did not reply soon he will be fired.

显然yet和still的区别主要是在意思上的.
yet当然也是可以放在句中的,给你个例子：
I yet wonder what this requires of us as a community of neighbors.
这个例子yet换still也对.倒是still极少有放在句末的.
另外你附的问题,由于没有上下文语境,从意思和语法角度来讲,BCD都没错的.yet如果放句首的话一般是引导从句,不用逗号的.
