I have a problem with "Geting started" project for evalution kit at91sam7s64-ek.
After compiling and linking, project downloading to flash and I saw error message
"The debuging session could not be started.
Either the debugger initialization failed, or else the file "C:\Program Files\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 5.4 Evaluation\arm\examples\Atmel\at91sam7s-ek\getting-started-project\ewp\at91sam7s64_flash\Exe\at91sam7s64_flash.out" was corrupt or of an unsupported format. There might be more information in then debug log window."
