我去英国签证拒签后上诉,然后他又让我把护照邮回,谁能告诉我怎么回事，如果胜诉，什么时间能拿到签证

我也想问！！！
拒签之后上诉，还没有审理，大使馆就给律师发来邮件说已推翻拒签决定，要我寄回护照。
原文如下：
I'm writing to kindly inform you that the decision to refuse the above named entry clearance as a dependent of （NAME） has been overturned by the Entry Clearance Manager on review. We would be grateful if you could contact your client and ask him to submit his passport to the following address:

是不是说签证已经成功了，寄回护照之后他们就会直接给我签证，
还是说最终给不给签证还是要看上诉结果？？

上诉结果通常需要几个月的时间，要回你的护照只是例行手续。
