well..
the difference is that each accent when spoken uses a different part of the mouth so even when pronouncing the same words it is sounded differently
australian accent is more of the one in between
American accent comes out in a more smooth way accentuating the a sound
and as for the british accent the end of each sentence or word goes down in tone
that's about all i could say
