I've had a look on both the British Library and Library of Congress catalogues (both available online) and they say the book was published in 1982, which might be why you've had no luck finding an ISBN for it. Anyway the ISBN according to the British Library is 0884061329 and the ISSN according to the Library of Congress is 0732-7331 so between these you should be able to get hold of the book you're looking for.
