审计业务报价单

承蒙贵公司委托，我公司代理了贵公司2006年度的会计报表审计及外汇收支审计业务，对贵公司的资本运营、业务流程、财务管理、内部控制及成本核算有了初步的了解。2007年度即将结束，在期盼贵公司2007年业务有着更加长足发展的同时，我们也希望能与贵公司达成再度合作，为贵公司提供更为优质的服务。具体的服务内容及报价如下：
一、年度会计报表审计
对贵公司2007年12月31日的资产负债表、2007年度的利润及利润分配表、2007年度的现金流量表及财务报表附注进行审计，并出具中文及英文《会计报表审计报告》。
二、外汇收支审计
对贵公司2007年度的外汇收支情况进行审计，出具中文及英文《外汇收情况审核报告》。
三、应纳税所得额审查
对贵公司2007年度的应纳税所得额进行审查，编制中、英文《应纳税所得额调整表》。
根据财政局等相关部门对于审计业务的收费标准，结合贵公司的资产总额及业务量，鉴于我公司与贵公司已有的真诚合作，对贵公司2007年度上述业务的报价如下：
S述业务综合报价：人民币50000元；
Y公司上述业务综合报价：人民币50000元。

Audit Quotation

Thanks for your company’s commission. You entrusted our company to handle the business of the annual accounting statements audit and the foreign exchange receipts and payments audit of your Company in 2006, thus, we have an initial understanding of your company, such as the capital operation, the business process, the financial management, the internal control and the cost accounting. As 2007 draws to a close, we hope your company’s business has a more significant development in 2007, and at the same time, we look forward to having cooperation with your company again to provide knight service. Specific service content and quotation are as follows:

1. Annual Accounting Statements Audit

To audit the Balance Sheet of your company on December 31, 2007, the profit of 2007 and the annual Profit Distribution Table, the annual Cash Flow Statement and the Notes of Financial Statement of 2007, and to provide the Audit Report of Accounting Statement both in Chinese and in English.

2. Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments Audit

To audit the annual foreign exchange receipts and payments of your company in 2007, and to provide the Audit Report of Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments both in Chinese and Chinese.

3. Taxable Income Review

To review the annual taxable income of your company in 2007, and compile the Adjustment Table of Taxable Income both in Chinese and Chinese.

According to the Financial Bureau and other relevant departments of the audit fees, with your company's total assets and business volume, and in view of the sincere cooperation between our company and your company, the quotations of the above business of your company in 2007 are as follows:

Comprehensive quotation of the above business: RMB 50,000 Yuan;
Comprehensive quotation of the above business of your company: RMB 50,000 Yuan.
